TurnTraceMessage

打开/关闭跟踪操作, 传参：isTurn：True打开 False关闭，traceInterval：跟踪间隔[单位：秒]，traceTime：跟踪时长[单位：分钟] 回参:成功0，报错1001，endTime[datetime]：跟踪结束时间 ,无该设备的操作权限1002，指令发送失败1003。

测试

测试窗体只能用于来自本地计算机的请求。
